Enquiry Privacy Notice

This notice covers information you provide through KSD’s enquiry forms and online consultation chat.

What you share

We collect your name, email address, phone number or messaging ID, and project description. You may also provide your company, country or region, and preferred product. Each submission includes a reference and time of receipt.

How it is used

These details are used to review your requirements, respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Storage and access

Enquiries sent through our forms are stored privately on the website server, outside the public website files, for access by the site operator. If you use online consultation chat, your messages and the technical information needed to provide the chat are processed by tawk.to and may be stored in its service. Please see tawk.to’s privacy notice for details. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information in either channel.

Your choices

You can ask to correct or delete a form enquiry through the contact form. For chat records, contact us with the details needed to locate the conversation. Include the original submission reference when available.
